Born in Perth, Western Australia, Jemma started ballroom dancing at the age of 6. Competing for over 10 years led to successful results including undefeated State Champion, Three-time Australian Champion, National Champion and winning the right to represent Australia at the World Championships.  

In 2008 Jemma was a top 10 Finalist on the hit TV show ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Australia, which launched Jemma’s dance career internationally. Jemma joined ‘Burn The Floor’ in 2009 and has since travelled the globe, including places such as Asia, USA, Netherlands, Australia, Holland, South Africa, and the UK. Major highlights of Jemma’s have been performing on London’s West End in 2013 and 2016 and then also performing at the iconic Sydney Opera House for Burn the Floor’s exclusive Gala Event in 2019. Jemma has also performed in a nation wide French tour with the professional dancers from the French Dancing with the Stars television show ‘D’Pendanse’. 

Jemma has become a Burn The Floor crowd favourite globally after touring with the company for 14 years. Jemma continues to love being part of the Burn The Floor dance family.
