Julian Caillon

Julian was born in Sydney, Australia and comes from a French and Italian background. He started dancing at the age of 10 in Ballroom and Latin American, eventually studying dance at Newtown School of the Arts.
Julian’s career has taken him all over the world to train with some of the world’s most esteemed coaches. These include multiple State titles, Vice National Champion as well as successful results representing Australia across Asia and Europe.
Julian has also achieved success off the competition floor. Taking part in season 4 of popular Australian TV Series ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ and working with renowned directors and choreographers in shows such as ‘Shake Rattle and Roll’, Baz Lurhmann’s ‘Strictly Ballroom’ and the Immersive Cinema production of ‘Dirty Dancing’.
Outside of dancing Julian has a passion for health and fitness. He is a qualified Personal Trainer, and is currently studying exercise physiology at the University of New South Wales.
Julian is excited to be re-joining the cast of Burn of the Floor and continue to develop and experience all the world has to offer.
